Baker Hughes has posted its Weekly Rig Count reports.
US Rig Count is up 15 from last week to 338 with oil rigs up 12 to 258, gas rigs up 4 to 79, and miscellaneous rigs down 1 to 1.
US Rig Count is down 461 rigs from last year’s count of 799, with oil rigs down 409, gas rigs down 50 and miscellaneous rigs down 2.
The US Offshore Rig Count is unchanged at 13, down 10 year-over-year.
Canada Rig Count is up 9 from last week to 111, with oil rigs up 12 to 52, gas rigs down 3 to 59.
Canada Rig Count is down 42 rigs from last year’s count of 153, with oil rigs down 44, gas rigs up 2.
