Quality Companies, an integrated solutions provider, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Production Management division of Expeditors & Production Services, Inc. (EPS Companies).

EPS Companies has more than 20 years of industry expertise providing oil and gas clients with a customised, scalable workforce that grows alongside their business. By working closely with a client’s crew to understand the day-to-day services they require, the Production Management division is skilled in delivering the best personnel to maintain the smooth and efficient running of operations. The new acquisition will enhance Quality Production Management’s (QPM) existing production management services, creating an even stronger player in the market.

Clay Nunnally, CEO of Quality Companies, commented, “EPS’ Production Management division has a solid history of providing comprehensive personnel services designed to reduce overhead, promote safety and maximise project efficiency for customers in the oil and gas sector. EPS personnel are highly trained and certified in industry best practices, and highly skilled in their respective specialties. These experts will help improve utilisation and resource sharing, while maintaining safe handling of all our clients’ production operations and day-to-day upkeep. Based on the similarities in services, market and culture between EPS and Quality Companies, we anticipate a smooth and seamless transition.”

Quality Companies will add five key personnel to the Quality Companies roster, including Randy Lepretre, general manager – QPM; Jonathan Mayer, senior production manager – QPM; Scotty Lepretre, production manager – QPM; Becky McManus, training and compliance manager – Quality Companies; and Jonny Broussard, recruiter – Quality Companies.
