Rose Recruitment and Quality Alliance International (QAI) have formed a working partnership that will boost growth in both companies. It follows the successful launch of QAI’s new Manpower Service which provides specialist training instructors to companies operating across the oil and gas and wider energy sectors.

Under the alliance, Rose Recruitment takes on responsibility for all of QAI’s payroll requirements as part of its role as QAI’s strategic recruitment partner for contractor and permanent roles.

The partnership will allow QAI, provider of consulting, auditing and training services, to focus on driving its business growth across the UK and the Middle East while entering new international markets and adds to Rose’s growing portfolio of companies supported through strategic partnership.

QAI Operations Director Shaun Minty says, “I’m excited to be working with Rose Recruitment, they make the recruitment and payroll process simple. They listened to what we needed and have now delivered on their promise to meet all those needs. They work with our contractors from registration right through to them being paid and feedback from our contractors is that they’re also very happy with their service.”

QAI launched the specialist Manpower Service following feedback from clients.

“It was clear to us that across the supply chain including global operators, service companies and training businesses there were flexible role requirements for training staff. The Manpower Service meets that requirement by placing specialist training instructors where they’re needed,” says Minty.

“We currently supply Emergency Response and HSE trainers to our customer base in the Middle East and we expect to expand this to the African region later this year. We have a global network of contractors and internal expertise to quality assure qualifications and CVs against defined standards, ensuring all resources are best in class and deployed to sites quickly in line with client requirements.”

Rose Recruitment has formed several successful strategic recruitment partnerships with ambitious organisations recently.

Darren Aggasild, Managing Director of Rose Recruitment says, “QAI is one of a number of organisations we are currently assisting with recruitment and payroll services. We make the process simple which gives the business owners more time to drive their businesses forward, while having peace of mind that their recruitment and payroll are being looked after proficiently. Given events of recent years it’s more important than ever that ambitious companies have the freedom to focus on their business priorities to help them grow and develop.”

Rose Recruitment looks after clients throughout the UK and globally across the engineering, finance, construction, hospitality, healthcare and IT markets.
