International rig counts from Baker Hughes

Baker Hughes has posted its monthly International Rig Count reports.

International Rig Count is down 7 rigs from last month to 751 with land rigs up 3 to 575, offshore rigs down 10 to 176.

International. Rig Count is up 8 rigs from last year’s count of 743, with land rigs up 15, offshore rigs down 7.

The average U.S. Rig Count for July was 484 up 20 from last month’s count of 464 and up 229 year-over-year.

The average Canada Rig Count for July was 145 up 42 from last month’s count of 103 and up 113 year-over-year.

The Worldwide Rig Count for July was 1,380, up 55 from the 1,325 counted in June 2021, and up 350 from the 1,030 counted in July 2020.
