Ducatus Partners, the international executive search and leadership advisory firm, has bolstered its senior team with the appointment of Michael Wing as Partner. Wing will be responsible for the continued global growth of Ducatus Partners’ retained search business as well as facilitating growth in the rapidly expanding sustainable and renewable energy sectors.
Based in Houston, Texas, Wing will build on previous successes in collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction customers, as well as private equity backed energy clients, to offer comprehensive recruiting services and best-in-class delivery for energy customers across technical and commercial functions.
Allister Graham, Managing Partner Americas at Ducatus Partners, says, “Following a highly successful 2021, we are eager to further develop the business’ footprint across EMEA and Americas. Michael brings with him over 21 years of international experience in executive search services, including invaluable expertise in sales, operations and technology, from leadership level to individual contributors.”
“As a hands-on leader with a candidate-driven approach, he will play an instrumental role in our continued strategic expansion,” he adds.
This appointment comes as part of Ducatus Partners’ ongoing investment into growth and diversification. Wing, alongside a highly specialist executive team, will be heading up a culture of diligent delivery; optimising client service and generating new business across both the oil and gas and clean energy value chains.
Wing says, “I am delighted to be stepping into this role at such a pivotal time. I have long admired Ducatus Partners’ first-class and comprehensive offering, the best of its kind in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Its agility, resources and uncapped ambition are unparalleled in today’s market, and I am excited to play a role helping to fulfil those ambitions.”
Ducatus Partners is growing rapidly, particularly in the renewable energy sector, with additional partner and associate hires planned for the US, UK and Middle East offices.
